Friends:

I am so sorry for not being able to send a newsletter for January. I was in the process of relocating to Zachary, Louisiana. Yes, I've now gone from New Jersey (born and raised) to the Atlanta area for 18 1/2 years to just 3 miles east of the Mississippi River. But I will add that it is a God thing. For those of you that were not aware I had not been working a daily job for a couple of years, since I had cancer. In September I got to the point where I just said, "God please put me where you want me and allow me to work". Well I also added the line please let it be east of the Mississippi. Well, I am east of the mighty river but not that far east.

Since being here in Zachary working in the town of Slaughter just 6 miles away I have been so blessed. God has been leading and I have been following. I've met many great Christian people. On Christmas day I had four invites to peoples house whom I had know less then a week and one of those just 24 hours. I was truly blessed. I believe with all my heart that God has put me here in Zachary, Louisiana to further the ministry He has put me into. I will be doing certain dates I had already planned. Myrtle Beach in April, Branson in June to July and NQC in Louisville, Ky in September.

I want to let you all know that as God leads me I ask for each of your prayers that I would be faithful and follow His lead. I've already found a great church.

Now I would like to share with you all, that for the third year I have been nominated for the Sunrise Award. This is a Diamond award for a New or Developing artist. I feel so honored to have received this nomination again and this is my last year to be eligible for this award.

By the way, living in Louisiana has really been a blessing. God is just leading the way and I am trying to follow His lead all the time.
